ABOUT
The 1881 Studio began with a long-distance love story between San Francisco and Mexico City. There were countless flights, late-night calls, countdowns, and all the little plans it takes to close the distance.
That feeling is what I bring into our work. I create editorial photo experiences for the moments people show up for, celebrate, and remember.
Rooted in more than 15 years of immigrant rights and community organizing, storytelling has always been at the heart of what I do.
